Step by step guide to your dream bathroom

Step1 – Book a survey.

The first step to your new bathroom is to book a site survey. You will speak to our office staff to arrange this, they will ask for a few details about your existing bathroom, what you’d like to change & whether you have a budget in mind. This is then passed on to one of our installers ready for the site survey who will then be able to discuss the different options to suit your budget & needs.

Step 2 – Quotation

Following the site survey, we will put together a full quotation including a breakdown of all the items. Our office team will then call you to arrange a showroom appointment then we can explain exactly what is on the quotation and show you the different colour options, and make any changes if necessary.

Step 3 – Showroom Appointment

During the showroom appointment, a member of our office team will go through your quotation item by item, showing you possible upgrades/alternative items that will be suitable for your bathroom. If you’re ready, you can pick furniture & tiles, or you can make a second appointment to pick your colours at a later date.

Step 4 – Finalising your quotation

Once you’ve picked your tiles, flooring & furniture colours and are happy with the bathroom layout and items on your quotation, we will have a look at the diary to find our next available installation slot. You can either pick our next available slot, or request a specific date (subject to availability) if, for example, you plan to go on holiday during the installation, which many of our customers do! Once a date is agreed, we ask for a 25% deposit which then secures the installation date and allows us to order all your bathroom items.

Step 5 – Pre-installation call

It’s nearly time for us to install your new bathroom! A member of our office team will give you a call 1-2 weeks before your agreed installation date to confirm everything is still okay, answer any last minute queries and arrange access if you plan on leaving the property during the install (eg. If you are going on holiday and you need to leave a key for us).

Step 6 – Installation (based on a full bathroom renovation)

Day 1 – Our installers will arrive at your property for 8am. They will use dust sheets to protect your carpets, stairs & furniture. They will get to work straight away by removing your old bathroom suite! You will receive a call from a member of the office team to process the 65% payment and they will check to make sure you are happy with the installers & don’t have any concerns.
Day 2-3 – All the pipework will have been adjusted to suit your new bathroom, your shower tray/bath will have been installed!
Day 4-7 – A member of our office team will call you on day 4/5 to check you’re happy with the progress so far & answer any queries. The installers will start tiling and you’ll gradually see your new bathroom come together.
Day 8-9 – The tiling is completed, the grouting is done and your products are installed. You can see your dream bathroom coming together!
Day 10 – COMPLETION! Your dream bathroom is finally complete! The installer will ensure the bathroom is clean and arrange for the skip to be collected. They will then ask you to have a thorough look at the bathroom and point out anything you are unhappy with or anything we may have missed that can be rectified there and then.

Step 7 – Aftercare

The day after your installation, a member of our office team will give you a call to ensure you are happy with your new bathroom. If there are any snags that need rectifying, they will arrange a date for the installer to return to your property. If there are no snags, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent across to you for payment. Your satisfaction is paramount to us and we aim to do everything possible to ensure that you are delighted with your new bathroom.
