A huge shout out to Charlotte Raffell in customer service! We needed to swop the radiator we had delivered for a larger one. Charlotte organised collection of our radiator the day after we spoke on the phone and had a new one delivered the day after that… wow! Recently had my old downstairs bathroom renovated into a cloakroom with separate utility room. The transformation is incredible and exceeded all my expectations.
