Do your plans cover all boiler types?
Yes, our plans cover most modern gas boilers. We’ll assess your system during the initial service to confirm eligibility. If your boiler is very old or non-standard, we’ll advise on the best options.
What happens if my boiler breaks down?
If you’re on one of our plans and your boiler develops a fault, just give us a call. You’ll receive priority callouts, and depending on your plan, repairs and parts may be included at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum contract period?
